PNL Asset Management
Two City Place is owned and managed by the PNL Companies. PNL invests in real estate on a national basis and has owned numerous office properties including 2100 Ross in Dallas, American Tower in Shreveport and the former Sears Roebuck headquarters, prior to construction of the Sears Tower, in Chicago. The onsite management team includes W.A. Landreth (Property Manager), Dennis Thomas (Building Engineer) and an assistant engineer, Christi Richardson (Property Management Assistant) and Property Accounting.
iidon Security Associates
When you enter Two City Place you are likely to be greeted warmly by the iidon officers. They are available to escort tenants to their cars after hours and can receive packages or clear visitors. Two City Place has a state of the art security system with numerous surveillance cameras. iidon is a Dallas based security company founded in 2000. iidon has provided 24 hour security and patrolling services at Two City Place and the overall City Place complex since 2007.
Merit Parking Company
Merit Parking manages the project's monthly and public parking both onsite and on surface lots. Merit is based in Houston with major operations in Fort Worth and other Texas cities.
