Development Team
PNL Companies/EASOP
PNL Companies is a family of partnerships and companies that invest in commercial real estate and mortgages. PNL’s investments include residential, retail, office, industrial and land. Although the company has offices in Dallas and Fort Worth, their geographic focus spans the United States and Canada. Since its inception in 1993, PNL has redeveloped and owned numerous office buildings including 2100 Ross Avenue in Dallas, American Tower in Shreveport and the historic Paris Building in Winnipeg. Tap Pritchard, founder of EASOP, assisted PNL in the development of City Place. Prior to forming EASOP, Pritchard served as Chief Operating Officer of Harwood International, a major developer of high-end offices and condominiums around the world, as well as President of Raven Construction, a subsidiary of Trammel Crow Company.
Turner Construction
Headquartered in Dallas, Turner is regularly ranked the largest commercial contractor in the United States. Through its nationwide network of offices, Turner completed over $8 billion in construction in 2006, all delivered at a local level. Turner played a major role in the rebuilding of historic downtown Dallas and more recently, Fort Worth. In Fort Worth, Turner completed the conversion of The Tower - the former Bank One Building - into condominiums, office and retail space.

Gideon Toal is the overall project architect and provides a full range of design services to institutional, cultural, and private-sector clients in the region, across the country, and internationally. The firm’s current projects include the Trinity River Vision, Acme Brick’s new headquarters, Tarrant County College’s downtown campus and the new Museum of Science and History.
HOK
HOK is the interior architect and global architectural firm that specializes in planning, design and delivery solutions for buildings and communities. Through its collaborative network of 24 offices worldwide, the firm serves diverse clients within the corporate, commercial, public and institutional markets.
Talley Associates
Talley Associates, based in Dallas, is responsible for the project’s landscape architecture. Their planning and design consistently focuses on environmental responsibility, the accountability of place, and context and history in the development of design.

Merit Parking manages the project's monthly and public parking both onsite and on surface lots. Merit is based in Houston with major operations in Fort Worth and other Texas cities.
